The  highest valued piece of land ( terroir )  for vine yard operations  in the  entire  Balaton region, registered with  the  official  registry for vineyards in Hungary,   Kecskemet. This positioning exceeds other reputed terroirs  in the  rigistry,  as Tokay, Eger, Vilany and Szekszard, and  is  the highest valued terroir among  commercially operated  vineyards in Hungary.
