The Terroir (Pangyer Dulo)  with  385 points  out  of 400

The  highest valued piece of land  for vine yard operations  in the  entire  Balaton region, registered with  the  official  registry for quality vineyards  in Hungary,   Kecskemet. This exceeds other reputed terroirs as Tokay, Eger, Vilany and Szekszard.
