EEDC aims to deliver quality consultation and management services for real-estate and development investment projects in Hungary. Michael (Mihàly) Liszkay, Director of EEDC left Hungary in 1956. After graduating in the Netherlands he emigrated to Canada in 1976. Impressed by the extraordinary progress and reforms Hungary had made since the early 90's, he decided to rekindle his roots and bring with him years of experience to develop investment projects in Hungary and actively continue his entrepreneurial spirit in starting new ventures. Now 10 years later, Michael Liszkay has developed an outstanding network among local/national government & business professionals. With his local knowledge and expertise he continues to successfully promote this region to locals and foreigners who share the same passions and see the opportunities this prosperous region has to offer. Michael has harnessed years of experience in the hospitality industry, business development and investment consultancy sector, delivering vital expertise to various business interests in Hungary. His latest passion is a 10 hectare newly planted Vineyard Estate in the Kali Basin in Monoszlo, where outstanding red wine has sprung forth out of entirely neglected first class ‘terroirs’. These ‘terroirs’ have been classified in the vineyard registry of Hungary, as the second best rated land for wine production. |
